Very professional. Spring broke so I called several other companies in area for repair. Caleb took information and Alex showed up within 45 minutes. Since door was over 14 years old, broken spring was not only issue. Alex explained everything and after I made several calls, Best Bet was by far the “best” price. Service was done in less than an hour and the door has never worked better. I do not normally write reviews, but in this case I felt it was deserved. Great job.
